Read mail offline

Keep recent mail and its attachments on your device, and know what waits for a connection.

What Kistrl keeps on your device

Open Settings, then Offline mail, to choose how much to keep: a number of recent days and a maximum number of recent messages.

Kistrl keeps recent mail, every conversation you marked Set aside or Reply later, and their attachments. Those marked conversations and any drafts that have not synchronised yet are kept outside the limits. The limits never delete mail from your account.

The first download needs a connection.

When you are offline

Kistrl shows that you are offline and that you are seeing mail saved on this device. You can read that mail, open its attachments and search it.

Content that was never downloaded is marked. Reconnect to load it.

Writing offline

You can keep writing. Your draft is saved on your device and synchronises when you are back online. Sending needs a connection.

If your device runs out of space

Kistrl marks the items that are incomplete. Free some space, reconnect, and choose Retry.
