Create your account and address

What you need

A username and a password. Kistrl does not ask for another email address to create an account.

Choose a username

Your username becomes your Kistrl email address, so choose one you are happy to give out.

• Use 3 to 32 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and underscores.
• Start with a letter or a number.

Choose a password

Use at least 12 characters, then type it a second time to confirm it. A password manager is the easiest way to keep a long one.

After you sign up

You are signed in straight away and your mailbox is ready. The first time someone writes to you, their mail waits at the Doorway until you decide where it belongs.

Signing in later

Sign in with your username and password. If you turned on two-factor authentication, Kistrl also asks for a code from your authenticator app or one of your recovery codes.
