Focus & Reply and Power through
One screen for the replies you owe, and one for getting through unread mail.
Focus & Reply
Focus & Reply gathers the conversations you marked Reply later and any reply drafts you have saved. Each one shows the original message on one side and your answer on the other, so you can work down the list without opening and closing conversations.
Open it from the command palette, or press G then R.
- Replies save automatically as you type.
- Sending includes an undo window. See Write, send and undo.
- Choose Remove from Focus & Reply when a conversation no longer needs an answer.
If the list is empty, choose Reply later on a conversation to add it.
Power through
Power through opens every unread email in your Inbox as one list you can read from top to bottom.
- Choose Power through at the top of the Inbox.
- Read down the list. Keep going to load the rest of your mail if there is more.
- At the end, choose Mark all as read.
When nothing is left, Kistrl tells you that you are all caught up.
